About FleetPay Master
FleetPay Master is a payout calculator and back-office tool for ride-hailing fleet owners who need to pay drivers accurately, on time, and without spreadsheets.
Calculating driver pay by hand is where small fleets lose money. Platform commission, weekly car rent, VAT, tips, bonuses, cash trips and fuel deductions all land in different places, and a single stale spreadsheet cell can hand a driver too much or too little. FleetPay Master brings the whole calculation into one place: record each driver's rides, hours, gross fares and cash collected, apply your own rules, and the app returns the driver's net payout and your fleet's share instantly.
It is built for fleet owners and fleet managers running ten to a few hundred cars, and for the people who handle payroll for them. Two ownership models are supported side by side. When the car belongs to the fleet, the driver receives an agreed percentage of fares after platform commission, rent and VAT. When the car belongs to the driver, the fleet takes a service percentage of the driver's net profit instead. Rules can be set once for the whole fleet or overridden per car, so mixed fleets stay accurate.
Every payout run is saved with its full driver breakdown, so you can reopen last month's numbers, compare profit across periods, and keep a clear record for drivers who ask how their pay was calculated. Monthly and one-off costs are tracked in the same place and subtracted from fleet net, so the profit figure you see is the one that reaches your bank account.
FleetPay Master is designed, built and maintained by the FleetPay Master team, a small independent product group working directly with ride-hailing fleet operators. We build the tool we would want to use every payday: fast to learn, honest with the numbers, and built around the way fleets actually work. Feedback from fleet owners shapes what we build next.
